The Application is licensed, not sold, to the End-User for use only under the terms of this agreement. The Application may require a compatible device or subscription to access all features.
Access to advanced features, such as the “PRO” plan, requires a subscription, which includes 20 monthly credits and API access. Payments are handled securely through PayPal, and subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled.

ShinAI has no responsibility for any data uploaded by the user or the results generated by the Application. All risks and responsibilities, including legal implications related to the uploaded data, are borne solely by the user. ShinAI does not guarantee the permanence or availability of uploaded data and cannot be held liable for any issues related to data retrieval. Users are strongly encouraged to maintain backups of their data and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned exclusively by ShinAI 3D. Users are granted a limited license to use the Application as specified in this agreement.
This license will terminate if the user violates any terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the user must cease using the Application and delete all copies.
